Position : Leasing Consultant; Park Oaks (part-time)
Job Note : The position is an hourly based one plus commissions.
Salary : Hourly basis
Duties :
1. Showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents
2. Should be provided exceptional customer service to current residents
3. Assisting in efforts to market the community
4. Working 2 - 3 days/weeks, to sometimes Saturdays
Skill & Experience :
Should have good experience in apartment industry and good sales and customer service skills. The ability to schedule appointments and follow-up on inquiries is a must. Organizational skills, addressing the concerns of current residents, dealing with people and situations simultaneously, etc are necessary for this job.
