Job Description:
Working within TechOps, you will be joining expert team in engineering and supporting high available and scalable services platforms. Unique services for eCommerce/web, location based services or “over-the-air” connected devices. You will be managing and administrate all network, storage, servers and applications that are customer facing. This done on a 24 by 7 basis service to ensure the availabilty of the TomTom Sevices to the TomTom customers.
- Build/coordinate, maintain and support our infrastructure and applications.
- Be responsible for operational processes like incident-, problem-, change-, release- and, availability- management;
- Work together with team members in Service Delivery to implement web-based applications & services for end-consumers
- Support tier-3 engineering and Infra teams and help to continuously improve the quality of our services.
- Write documentation, needed to maintain and operate the services
- Keep up-to-date with relevant technological developments in general
